Candidate Extensible Flexfields

You can include candidate extensible flexfields in recruiting reports.

The Recruiting - Recruiting Real Time subject area includes candidate extensible flexfields when they’re marked as BI Enabled and the scheduled process Import Oracle Fusion Data Extensions for Transactional Business Intelligence is run. After the scheduled process has run, the selected fields are located under the Candidate > Candidate Details folders.

Business benefits: Candidate reports can now include all fields, not only standard ones, and key data points previously not available to include in such reports.

Steps to Enable and Configure

To mark extensible flexfields as BI Enabled:

1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, click the Tasks icon and search for the task Manage Person Extensible Flexfield.
2. On the Manage Person Extensible Flexfield page, click Edit, then click Manage Contexts.
3. Click Search, select an item in the Search Results list, then click Edit.
4. Select a context sensitive segment then click Edit.
5. In the Business Intelligence section, select BI Enabled.
