New Goal Plan Attributes in Workforce Goals - Goal Plan Assignments Real Time
The Workforce Goals - Goal Plan Assignments Real Time subject area is now enhanced with additional attributes. As administrators, these attributes related to goal setting dates enable you to analyze goal plan settings.
The newly introduced attributes enable HR administrators to report, track, and analyze the goal plan attributes. This enhances goal management by specifying a period in which employees can set goals and controlling the actions that employees can do on their goals after the end of the goal setting period.
Steps to Enable and Configure
Use the newly added attributes for your reporting requirements.
| Folder | Attribute |
|---|---|
| Performance Goal Plan | Setting Goals Start Date |
| Setting Goals End Date | |
| Allow Employees To Add Goals After Goals Setting End Date | |
| Allow Employees To Edit Goals After Goals Setting End Date |
Tips And Considerations
In the Fusion UI, the option Don’t Allow Employees to Add Goals After the Goal-Setting Start Date stores the value as Yes when selected and No when not selected.
However, in OTBI this attribute appears as Allow Employees to Add Goals After the Goal-Setting Start Date, which reflects the opposite meaning. Therefore, the displayed value in OTBI is reversed compared to the Fusion UI.
Example:
-
If Don’t Allow Employees to Add Goals After the Goal-Setting Start Date is checked in Fusion, it is saved as Yes.
-
In OTBI, the corresponding attribute Allow Employees to Add Goals After the Goal-Setting Start Date will display as No.
This same behavior applies to the attribute Allow Employees to Add Goals After the Goal-Setting End Date.
