Redwood: Where-used List for Content Items

Enables you to check if a content item has been used in Skills and Qualifications, Job Profile, Position Profile, Gigs, Learning Items, Journeys, or Requisitions.

List of applications where the content item is used

Provides a where-used list to view the applications where any content item has been used. It’ll enable you to manage these content items better. For example, when a skill or competency is end-dated or becomes stale, you can locate its usage in all objects, such as Outcomes, Job Profiles, and so on, and remove it. This helps you to keep the objects current. 
You can navigate to the respective application by clicking on the link in the where-used list.
 

Steps to Enable and Configure

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Access Requirements

You need to have the required security privileges to access the corresponding application, so you can navigate from the where-used list.
