Redwood Experience for Actions Reasons Page
Enrich the user experience with the Actions Reasons page developed using the Redwood tool set. The page is built from the ground up using Visual Builder Studio (VBS) to give you a unique experience of Oracle applications.
1. Translation Editor: You can now translate the text using the Translation Editor. The text can be translated into Canadian French, Korean, and American English.

Configure Action Reasons page
You can also create a new or edit an existing action reason.

New Action Reason
2, Visual Builder Studio (VBS) - New page properties are added for the Action Reasons page in VBS.
- Ability to show Guided Journey on the Action Reasons dashboard UI
- Ability to Hide Add Button
- Ability to Hide Translation Editor Button
New page properties for the Add Action and Edit Action pages:
- Ability to make Required/Hidden/Read only for Add Action Reasons section attributes including flexfields.
- Ability to make Required/Hidden/Read only for Edit Action Reasons section attributes including flexfields.
The new page offers a modern look and feel, fewer clicks, and better performance. By using these new pages or flows, you can take advantage of the cohesiveness through the application.
Steps to enable and configure
To use the Redwood Action Reasons page, you must check if the following profile options are enabled.

To check the profile options, navigate to the Setup and Maintenance work area:
- Search for and click the Manage Administrator Profile Values task.
- Search for and select each of the profile options listed above.
- Select the Level as Site.
- In the Profile Value field, check the value in the above table..
- Click Save and Close.

Access requirements
Access to the new Redwood Action Reason pages is controlled using the same security privileges that control access to the responsive Action Reasons page.
