Proof Verification and Approval Central View

Enhance the user experience for proof verification and approval using the new central Proof Verification and Approval page.  This lets payroll administrators view, filter, verify, and approve employee investment proofs (HRA, House Property, Chapter VI A, Other Income) from a single page and navigate to the detailed proof records.

From the home page, navigate to My Client Groups > Payroll > Proof Verification and Approval to view all the submitted documents of investment proof. You can verify and approve the documents of investment proof in each record, and update the overall approval status. 

Users can quickly locate and verify the proofs submitted by the employees which help decreasing the delays in payroll processing. It improves auditability by capturing status and mandatory remarks on rejections, enhancing transparency for both administrators and employees.

Steps to enable and configure

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
