FEDRAMP-Compliant Address Search

We have enhanced our address search to meet Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) requirements.  You can now enable FedRAMP-compliant address search in Oracle Fusion HCM environments operating within FedRAMP-authorized pods. This enhancement ensures that address search capabilities meet federal security and data protection requirements while preserving the same functional behavior available in commercial environments.

This feature allows organizations operating in regulated federal environments to:

• Use Address Search within a FedRAMP-authorized infrastructure
• Maintain compliance with federal security standards and data handling requirements
• Ensure consistent address search functionality across commercial and FedRAMP environments
• Support downstream payroll processes that rely on accurate address capture and validation

There are no functional differences in user experience. The enhancement ensures infrastructure-level compliance without changing the Address Search process flow.

Steps to enable and configure

To enable this feature you need to log a Service Request (SR).

FedRAMP-compliant address search isn’t enabled by default. Log a Service Request (SR) with Oracle Support and specify that you want to enable FedRAMP-compliant Address Search for your environment.
