DSN Event Page
The new Event DSN page enables you to track the generation and electronic submission of DSN event files for key employee events (such as new absence, early return to work etc) directly to Net-Entreprises. It provides a full end-to-end tracking of the Event DSN lifecycle from event queue through file creation, validation, submission (in either test or live mode) and final acceptance. This dedicated page provides clear visibility on critical actions and due dates, with built-in supports for regeneration when data changes occur. The solution also helps you to manage post-acceptance corrections via Cancel and Replace submissions, retains a complete submission history and allows you to view the imported CRM response messages (e.g OK/KO/ANO) to guide follow-up actions.
DSN Administrators benefit form streamlined lifecycle tracking of individual DSN events. This reduces manual handling, centralizes event tracking and provides end-t-end visibility from event queue through submission and responses.
Steps to enable and configure
No additonal steps are required to enable this.
Tips and considerations
- Complete Absence Management setup is a prerequisite for the Events DSN of type Absences and Return to Work, as a single DSN needs to be generated for each new absence record, and subsequent changes.
- Configure DSN send action defaults (Test, Active, Hold) for each Payroll Statutory Unit under DSN Default Calculation Card, as needed to control default submission behavior.
- In this release only two types of events DSN are supported: Absence and Early Return to Work DSN.

Access requirements
The DSN Event page is secured via the following aggregate privileges:

Add those aggregate privileges to your custom job roles as needed.
Note: The Manage French End of Contract DSN privilege secures access to the DSN Event quick action. Once in the page, the End of Contract DSN files will not show until full support is provided.
