Parameter Description Default Value

Start Pay Date

The first payroll period start date to include in the SDI Audit Report. Only pay periods with start dates on or after this date are evaluated for SDI calculations.
End Pay Date The last payroll period end date to include in the SDI Audit Report. Only pay periods with end dates on or before this date are evaluated for SDI calculations.
PSU Name The Payroll Statutory Unit to filter the report scope. Limits results to employees and payroll runs under the selected PSU for statutory reporting and compliance.
TRU Name The Tax Reporting Unit to filter the report scope. Limits results to employees and payroll runs associated with the selected TRU for tax reporting.

Payroll Relationship Group An optional group of payroll relationships to restrict the report to a defined population (a subset for auditing). If blank, all eligible relationships are considered as per the other filters.
Include Employees with Variable Earnings Only When Yes, returns only employees who have variable earnings in the selected period range (bonuses, commissions). When No, includes all eligible employees regardless of variable earnings.

No

Include Earnings Contribution When Yes, expands the output to show earning-level contribution details used in the SDI calculation (for example, each earning element, rate contributors, amounts, and inclusion/exclusion). When No, shows summary-level SDI values without detailed earning line items.

Payroll Period Logical group that identifies the payroll period under audit.
Start Date Start date of the payroll period used for SDI evaluation.
End Date End date of the payroll period used for SDI evaluation.
Overrides Group header for period-effective override inputs that can alter SDI rules or results.
Social Security Minimum Integration Factor Factor used to compute the SDI Low Cap when enabled. Typically set to the minimum factor in the SDI Factor Table. Only applied when Apply SDI Cap Using Minimum Wage and Integration Factor is Yes. 1 Calculation Value Definition LDG
SDI Variable Proration When Yes, prorates the SDI Variable portion if the payroll period spans two bi-months (e.g., a weekly period crossing Dec–Jan). When No, the variable portion is not prorated for span. No Calculation Value Definition LDG
Apply SDI Cap Using Minimum Wage and Integration Factor When Yes, the SDI Low Cap equals Minimum Wage of the employee’s Economic Zone multiplied by the Social Security Minimum Integration Factor override. When No, the Low Cap check uses the Economic Zone Minimum Wage only. Determines whether the employer or employee reaches liabilities at the lower boundary. No Calculation Value Definition
