Changes for External Candidate Notification Templates

The seeded external candidate notification templates have been updated to remove the ${CandidateFirstName} token from the default message content. This change applies only to seeded email content and not SMS and WhatsApp.

Note that the token is still available for use, and any customized templates you previously created are unchanged. You can reinsert the ${CandidateFirstName} token in new custom templates if you want to.

Business benefit: This change provides more consistency and flexibility in candidate communications.
