Manage Pension and Welfare Enrollments in Redwood
Use a France-specific Redwood experience to review Pension and Welfare enrollments, add eligible optional enrollments, and maintain beneficiary information for each employment contract.
This Redwood page replaces the current Global Retirement Plan UI for France. It uses Pension and Welfare cards created and maintained by the Pension and Welfare enrollment process, which assigns mandatory schemes and identifies the optional contract options for which an employee is eligible.
Now you can:
- Review person, person number, PSU, TRU, and employment contract details together with the employee's current Pension and Welfare enrollments.
- See mandatory and optional contract options already assigned to the employee on the "Enrolled Into" grid.
- Review optional contract options on the "Eligible for Enrolment" grid and add eligible optional enrollments from the same page.
- Open a Beneficiaries panel for an enrolled row and enter the DSN beneficiary counts required for processing.
- Maintain optional enrollments, including start and end dates, and use a date range filter to review historical enrolled rows.
Make use of the new Redwood UI to manage Pension and Welfare enrollments.
Steps to enable and configure
- Open Calculation Entries or Earnings and Deductions for the employee's employment contract to access the France Pension and Welfare Redwood page.
- Run the Pension and Welfare enrollment process so the employee Pension and Welfare card is created and the enrolled and eligible options are available on the page.
