Enhanced Leave Agreements Page

The Leave Agreements page for administrators is now available in Redwood.

Absence administrators can use this enhancement to:

• Search for leave agreements, save searches, apply filters, export results, and manage table columns.
• Review agreement details, rules and reasons, entitlements, and certifications from one page.
• Create, edit, and delete leave agreements, and maintain their entitlements and certifications.

Steps to enable and configure

1. Enable the profile option ORA_ANC_AGREEMENTS_VBCS_UI_ENABLED for the Absences Leave Agreement experience.

Tips and considerations

• Leave agreements are maintained as a single current version and aren’t date-effective objects.

• Use Edit to update the current agreement.

• Update, Correct, View History, and View Change Details options aren’t available.

Access requirements

No new roles are introduced. Existing roles that provide access to leave agreements continue to apply.
