Real Time Information - Enhanced Credentials Security

Real Time Information (RTI) authentication details now use the latest Credentials Store (version 3) to support enhanced security requirements.

You need to run the RTI Upgrade for UK Employers feature upgrade to migrate existing RTI authentication details to version 3.

This action is required even if you have already run the RTI upgrade as part of any of the previous releases such as release 26B or 26C. Run the feature upgrade again to complete the migration to the latest Credentials Store.

Keeps RTI authentication details aligned with the latest security enhancements by migrating them to the newest Credentials Store, helping maintain secure and compliant RTI processing.

Steps to enable and configure

Run the feature upgrade process to migrate all existing RTI authentication records:

1. Go to My Client Groups > Payroll > Submit a Flow.
2. Select the appropriate legislative data group (LDG).
3. Search for and select the Run Feature Upgrade flow.
4. Enter a name for the payroll flow.
5. In the required parameters, search for and select RTI Upgrade for UK Employers.
6. Submit the flow.
