Visibility into Guest Names within Self-Service

When a guest or admin user is logged in to the Student/Parent Self-Service Portal viewing a student account, the welcome banner has been updated to include the users name in order to avoid confusion on who is logged in taking actions. 

• Welcome message will now display the guest name and the student whom they are taking actions on behalf of
  • "Welcome <Guest First Name> on behalf of student <Student First Name>" will now display on the top left corner within welcome banner.
• Student's welcome banner will not change, this has only been updated for guest and admin users.  

Enhanced parent and financial aid administrator usability of Student/Parent Self-Service (Portal) by giving them visibility of who they are logged in as and which student they are in the context of.
