Search for specific admissions application forms by form name, form code or display name. Use the query-based advanced search feature to define search criteria using relevant fields from the application form. View applications in a new browser tab or window to retain your advanced search results in the original window. You can also open applications in the same browser tab and see your advanced search criteria and corresponding search results preserved when returning to the application search page. The following image illustrates the updated application form inventory.
