Student Residency Information Management
Define residency values and exceptions for your students. Students and residency support staff can view current and historical residency information as well as related comments.
Residency Information Details
Residency information can be accessed directly through the Student Management search navigation experience rather than indirectly through view person profile information experience. Entering comments in the context of a residency value helps maintain additional information about residency information and decisions to be shared between users. Additionally, administrators can see a full audit history for residency information to understand who made a change to residency values and when. This is important because residency information can impact student billing and access to services.
Steps to Enable
This feature is dependent on users configuring their own Residency Types (ORA_HEY_RESIDENCY_CODE) and Residency Exceptions (ORA_HEY_RESIDENCY_EXCPT_CODE) in Manage Student Management Lookups.
