Student History Reporting

The Student History Report offers a consolidated and comprehensive view of all changes and activities recorded for an individual student. By aggregating detailed history entries into a single, easy-to-access report, it simplifies research, analysis, and troubleshooting. This tool enables administrators and support teams to quickly identify patterns, resolve issues, and respond efficiently to service requests.

Report Name:

  • Student History Report

Navigation to Reports:

  • BI Publisher > Catalog > Shared Folders > SFP Reports > Product Reports > Operational

Suggested Monitoring Frequency:

  • This report should be run as needed to review the entire student history for a student

Run parameters:

  • School Student ID - This is a required field in order to pull all of the Student History Entries for a specific student
  • Start Date - The earliest date in the range. Only student history entries on or after this date will be included in the results.
  • End Date - The latest date in the range. Only student history entries on or before this date will be included in the results.
  • Category - The name of the category from SFA that was used when the student history entry was created

Access Requirements

  • Access to the Student History Report is via delivered Oracle Analytic Server Shared Folders:
    • Access for specific users can be controlled via your admin users.
