Access to new 2027–2028 ISIR fields and values

Reporting users can review new and revised 2027–2028 ISIR fields in the existing Individual ISIR Report (Raw values 24-25 through current). The report presents ISIR field names and their recorded values as rows, together with identifiers for the selected student and ISIR transaction. This format supports the expanded annual ISIR layout without requiring a separate report column for every field.

Business Benefit: Helps financial aid staff review and investigate data for a selected ISIR as annual layouts add or change fields.

Steps to enable and configure

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips and considerations

• Each report run is limited to one selected ISIR. Use the applicable student, award year, and transaction to identify the record you want to review.
• The output uses field-name and field-value rows. It does not provide a separate fixed column for every ISIR field.
• The update applies to the existing Individual ISIR Report and supports the 2027–2028 layout alongside supported prior award years.
• Custom reports that use the existing wide ISIR reporting view do not automatically gain new ISIR columns from this update. Multi-student, multi-ISIR, and fixed-column reporting are outside this feature's scope.
