Limit Legacy Workbench Functions

These features limit Legacy Workbench capabilities.  All Legacy Workbench capabilities will be removed in the upcoming 24B release..

• Menu Link only supports Enhanced Workbench Layouts
  • When creating a new Menu Link of type Workbench, only Enhanced Workbench Layouts are available.

• Disable Legacy Workbenches
  • If a Legacy Workbench is accessed from a menu link, it will be disabled by default.
  • If necessary, can submit a service request to enable it by setting the reserved property to true to access Legacy Workbenches, however, this will only be available until 24B when Legacy Workbenches will not be available at all.

• Disable Create and Copy on Legacy Workbench
  • Even when Legacy Workbenches are enabled using the reserved property, a user will not be able to create new ones.

This usability feature helps to enforce the transition from the Legacy Workbenches to the new and improved Enhanced Workbenches.
