Propagate Locks to Task Lists

This Optional Feature, Propagate Locks to Task Lists, when enabled, ensures objects owned by actions are propagated to any parallel processing used by those actions. This feature will avoid any deadlocks when agents are triggered by task list functionality, originating from a user action.

Background for this feature:

As noted, this feature corrects an issue that was identified where task lists (for more information see the topic “Multi-threading Logic in OTM” in Online Help) would sometimes deadlock when triggered by a manual user action.  The issue was solved, but as a precaution, since the change was in a low level code area, the correction was implemented as an Optional Feature allowing for the change to be Opted Out in the very unlikely case that there is an unexpected problems with the solution provided.
