Ability to Not Make Mandatory Procedure Id in the Entry Exit Profile

This feature offers an improvement to the Entry Exit Profile functionality. You no longer need to input a Procedure as a mandatory parameter. In the below example, the Entry Exit Profile includes only Transaction Type Profile, Declaration Type Profile and Declaration Type Profile as the attributes required to establish the connection for entry transactions into the trade incentive program.
