Left Navigation Menu Improvements

This feature provides you with a set of Left Navigation Menu Improvements which include the following:

• Buttons/functions being hidden based on User Access configuration
  • Access Control List to determine if Create and Copy functions are available to the user
    • If the Workbench - Create Access Control List is granted the Create and Copy functions are available to the user
    • If the Workbench - Create Access Control List is not granted the Create and Copy functions are not present for the user, in previous releases they were present but not functional

• User Access Configuration to determine if/when Edit and Delete functions are available to the user
  • Manage User Access
  • Access Type = Workbench
  • For a user or role
  • Inclusive or exclusive list of Workbench Layouts can be configured
  • Can configure Workbench Layouts to be View Only

• The Edit and Delete functions are not present in the navigation menu when a layout is designated as View Only or if it's Legacy.  In the below example, the functions available on the navigation menu are minimal since the layout is view only and the user has Workbench - Create revoked.

• New Logic Configuration to allow the Left Navigation Menu to be either:
  • Always Visible
  • Show/Hide
  • Not Visible

When the left Navigation Menu is hidden, the Enhanced Workbench Layout uses the full width as seen in the below example. In order to use the left navigation for this layout, the logic configuration needs to be modified.
