Delete Additional Documents

This feature provides you with the ability to delete your Additional Documents. The Delete Document option is available in both the Document tab (for Declarations, Buy/Sell Shipments, Trade Transactions, Item and Item Origin) and the Document Manager.

In the example below, the Delete Me Document will be deleted from both the Buy Shipment Document Tab and then from the Document Manager.

The Buy Shipment Document Tab initially has six Additional Documents to start - including the document to be deleted - the Delete Me Document.

Below, the Actions menu - the gear icon next to the Delete Me Document - is selected to bring up the Document Action menu, note the availability of the Delete Document action..

When the Delete Document action is run the selected document will be removed, and the confirmation message below will be displayed.

Once completed, the shipment now only has five Additional Documents, the Delete Me Document has been deleted.

The Delete Document action is available in the following managers:

Customs > Declarations. On the Documents tab
Shipment Management > Shipment Management > Buy Shipments or Sell Shipments. On the Documents tab
Transactions > Trade Transactions. On the Documents tab
Trade Agreements > Campaign Lines. On the Documents tab
Master Data > Item. On the Documents tab
Master Data > Item Origin. On the Documents grid

In the example below, the same document will be deleted - but this time the document will be deleted from the Document Manager. Business Process Automation > Document Manager > Actions > Delete Document.
