NFR Stop Tracking Event Optional

This feature allows you to make the Arrived/Departed Events optional for NFR (Non Freight Related) Stops for the Mobile Driver flow.

To accomplish this, you will need to set the parameter 'NFRStopEventsOptional' in your Mobile Layout to true. The default value for this property is false.

Shipments with NFR Stops will generally look like the example below with NFR Stops where the Shipment starts and ends with an NFR stop, for example at the Driver's home with Pickup/Delivery Stops in-between.

Drivers will save time for not entering events for NFR stops.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips And Considerations

If this property enabled (marked true), then driver can enter first NFR stop's events anytime since shipment will be in Active box. For the last NFR stop's events, those must be entered before last delivery stop's Departed event, since shipment will move out of Active box once last delivery stop's Departed event is captured.
