Show Detail Records in Non-grouped List

This feature allows to show details for multiple parents in either a grouped or non-grouped list.

This is configured on the detail table, the following options are now available:

Detail Table (only show details for a single parent selection)
Grouped Combined Table
Ungrouped Combined Table

Setup multiple parents in either a grouped or non-grouped list

The user can also toggle between a grouped and non-grouped list while working with the records in the detail table using new icons on the detail table toolbar.

Grouped Combined Table has icon available to Ungroup

Grouped Combined Table has icon available to Ungroup

Ungrouped Combined Table has icon available to Group.
- While the table is Ungrouped all table functions are available, including inline edit
