Adjust Reason Optional for Adjust Shipment Costs Action

This feature provides you with a new property - glog.webserver.shipment.adjustShipmentCost.isAdjustReasonMandatory - that you can use to control whether or not the Adjustment Reason is required (default behavior) or optional when performing the action Adjust Shipment Costs. The Adjustment Reason is provided to specify why the adjustments are being made.  By default the property is set to true, providing an Adjustment Reason is required, the Adjustment Reason will be optional if the property is set to false.

In the example below, the Adjustment Reason is required when the Adjust Shipment Costs action is run, the default behavior.

Run the Action Adjust Shipment Cost

On the Adjust Shipment Costs input screen, the Adjust Reason field is marked as a required field as shown below.

With the property set to false, running the Adjust Shipment Costs action input screen now shows the Adjustment Reason as optional/not required,

Business Benefit

This feature allows you to configure your process to skip the entry of an Adjust Reason code to simplify the steps required when running the Adjust Shipment Cost action.
