Introduce Redwood Template in Item Inquiry

 ITEM INQUIRY

The Item Inquiry screen is enhanced with a new look and feel incorporating the Redwood template. In the main screen, we’ve taken a one-search approach where you can enter the item barcode in the input field allowing you to view details on the items, without the need to scan the alternative barcode. To do so, you can configure the company parameter ITEM_BARCODE_SKIP_ALT_CODE_CHECK.

NOTE: The Search button is enabled only if the Item Barcode value is provided in the input field.

If you are unable to fetch the item details from the barcode you entered, the system displays the message “We couldn’t find that Item Barcode”  and provides you with a “Search again” option. You can continue to search or click the back arrow to go to the main item inquiry screen.

LPN INQUIRY

The LPN Inquiry screen has been redesigned on the Redwood template. The following are the changes:

  • In the main LPN Inquiry, the Search button is enabled only if you enter the LPN number in the LPN field.
  • If you are unable to fetch the LPN details, then system displays the message “Error  No Records found  Not found” and provides you with a “Search again” option. You can continue to search or click the back arrow to go the main LPN Inquiry screen.
  • If an LPN has multiple items,  the system displays the items with the largest quantity at the top.
  • If there are multiple LPNs, the system displays the LPNs in the following order:
    • Status ascending
    • mod_ts descending.
  • The LPN detail screen displays information about the inventory in the LPN, the status, the current location ( if there is one), the locks, and attachment. You can click on the details of the locks to analyse which locks the LPN has, and also the current attachments on the LPN, and it is able to upload files.
