Persist the Loading Points and Penalty on the Shipment

Loading Point Logic was added in 24A and enhanced in 24B.  There was no way to evaluate the results quickly so the story was developed to add the "Penalty" and the "Loading Points Visited" to the shipment so that they would be easily visible when running large Bulk Plans.

Loading Point Information is now visible on the shipment.

This information is now visible for the planners to see.  However, it does require a custom screen set.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips And Considerations

The loading points are listed in the reference number table in the order that OTM uses in the calculation of the penalty.  This is NOT the order in which they were visited as OTM does NOT perform that task.
