REMOVAL OF TWO COMPANY PARAMETERS

NOTE:

• To maintain consistency in API behavior, we will be removing the 'LEGACY_API_FAILURE_200' parameter starting in the upcoming 24D release.

• We are removing the company parameter 'LEGACY_PRINT_MAILTO_WEB_REPORT.' The system will still have the default behavior of sending the file/report as an attachment, as this is the only behavior when OBLPN packing and Order Packing are set for web reports.
