Auto Print Labels During Cartonization
We’ve introduced an enhancement that allows you to print labels directly during the cartonization process.
Auto Print Labels in Cartonize Pop-Up
A new flag called Print LPN Labels is added to the Cartonize confirmation pop-up in the ASN Detail UI when performing the Receive Entire Shipment process. Once the flag is checked, the following fields will be enabled:
- Printer Name
- Number of Copies
NOTE: The flag will be unchecked by default, and the system will behave as it currently does. You can provide a printer name and specify the number of copies, allowing the system to print LPN labels immediately after cartonization. If no printer name is provided, the system will use the default printer configured for the user. If no default printer is set, the cartonization will proceed without printing labels.
Auto Print Labels in Cartonize LPN by Cases Pop-Up
To cartonize ASN details and then separately print LPN labels, we have introduced similar printing functionality for the “Cartonize LPN by Cases” action, as follows:
- Default Behavior: The “Print LPN Labels” flag will be unchecked.
- When Checked: The Printer Name and Number of Copies fields will be enabled, allowing you to print LPN labels immediately after cartonization.
NOTE: The printing functionality can be accessed if you have the cartonization permission. You do not need to have the Print LPN label permission for printing LPN labels from the Cartonization pop-ups.
Steps to Enable

- Enable Printing:Check the “Print LPN Labels” flag in the confirmation pop-up.
