Allow Substitution during RF IBLPN Pick for Consolidate Replenishment

You can now substitute IBLPNs during the RF IBLPN Pick for Consol Replenishment (module: rf.inbound.cwrfpickiblpnreplen). This enhancement improves the substitution flow during the 'RF Pick IBLPN' operation of an INTERNAL-PICK task, ensuring better handling of batch and expiry items.

You can substitute IBLPNs during the 'RF IBLPN Pick for Consol Replenishment' operation, enhancing flexibility and efficiency. The substitution process now includes messages and validations to ensure proper handling and reduce errors, especially for batch and expiry items. A new screen parameter 'req-lpn-sub-validations' is also introduced which allows you to define whether batch number/expiry date validations are required during IBLPN substitution.

Here are the available Parameter Choices:

  • All
  • Batch
  • Expiry
  • None

NOTE: By default, this parameter is set to <Blank> for all existing screens.

Substitution is only possible when the 'confirm-lpn' screen parameter is set to Yes.

If you scan an IBLPN that does not match the prompted LPN, the system will display the following warning message:

  • Message 3177: If the scanned IBLPN is from the same pick location, the system will ask, "Do you want to substitute LPN Number %s?"
  • Message 3178: If the scanned IBLPN is from a different pick location, the system will ask, "Do you want to substitute LPN Number %s from a different location?"

NOTE: You can configure these warning messages as errors if you wish to restrict substitutions. You can also disable these messages entirely.
