Simplify Clocking Process Through Clock UI

In 24D, we’ve streamlined the clocking process with the following enhancements in the Clock UI.

The Facility drop-down field has been removed. Instead, on choosing “Facility” from the Mode drop-down and specifying the user in the “User” field, you can Clock in or Clock out the user from the current logged in facility.
Work Area drop-down now lists only the work areas that are configured in the current logged in facility.
When Mode is VAS, the “Activity” dropdown now lists only the VAS activities configured in the selected Work Area. If no VAS activity is configured in the selected work area, then the Activity dropdown is blank/empty.
When Mode is Manual, the “Activity” dropdown now lists only the Manual activities configured in the selected Work Area. If no manual activities are configured in the selected work area, then the Activity dropdown is blank.
When Mode is set to Break, the Break drop-down now lists only the breaks that are configured in the current logged in facility.

Customers with WFM subscription can use the WFM RF CiCo User option without any additional configuration.
