Enable Linked Docs Removal for Document Delete

This Optional Feature, when enabled, will allow the linked documents of a document that is being deleted to first be removed and then the document will be deleted. If a linked document is being deleted, it will not remove the document content.

This usability feature simplifies the deletion of linked documents.

Steps to Enable

If you need to change the Opt In state for this feature:

• Go to the Optional Feature UI - Configuration and Administration > Property Management > Optional Features.

NOTE: Only the DBA.ADMIN user can access and use the Optional Features page.

• Select the Enable Linked Docs Removal for Document Delete feature.
• Run the desired Action for the feature - Opt In or Opt Out.
