Trade Incentive Program Authorization Enhancements

The Program Authorizations feature has been enhanced to support programs requiring prior government approval for item participation. Users can define conditions such as total authorized quantity and total authorized value at the item ID or at the six-digits product classification level.

You will also be able to see the program authorization postings, which include the program authorization ID, the corresponding transaction/declaration line, trade incentive program, item, product classification code, quantity and/or value, and the posting date.

Trade Incentive Program Authorization Posting

The application automatically adjusts quantities and values on the authorization based on exit declaration/transaction information during matching, displaying remaining amounts on the user interface. This improves compliance, ensures accurate tracking, and streamlines the management of authorization-based programs.
