Improve Move/Add Asset to Location actions

Move Asset to Location action has been modified to improve usability. 

Move/Add <Equipment,Driver,PowerUnit> to Location action result screen has been revamped and issues associated with it like missing column values and displaying buckets while moving asset from multiple locations are fixed. When asset is tried to be added to existing location and bucket, an error is now shown preventing the action. In Move Asset To Location, if no source bucket and location is specified, add action is performed on the destination location and bucket. Also, when the source bucket/location is provided for the asset where it does not exist, an error is shown and the action is prevented. Moving an asset to where it already exists will also result in an error. For assets with error in performing add/move action, an inventory summary of what buckets and locations it currently is in is displayed.

In 24c and prior releases, Add to exist loc/bucket was allowed and resulted in an incorrectly incremented bucket count.

Move to exist loc/bucket delinked the (fixed the delink issue).  In 25a, we’ll get an error message when either add or move to existing loc/bucket.

Incremental updates fixed.

In 24c and prior releases, Move asset to a location that has no asset inventory setup was receiving a NPE .

In 25a, we automatically create a location asset inventory and move asset there like the way it does with action add asset to bucket.

In 24c and prior releases, Move equipment is allowed while it’s being used (assigned on a shipment).

It removed from assigned bucket and put into target bucket/location, while the shipment still has that equipment instance assigned at the original location.  If unassign equipment from the shipment, it then make this equipment instance available at the original location again. This equipment instance become available at two different locations unintended.

Fleet Asset Management has been upgraded.
