Mobile - Ability to Mark Shipments as Favorites

This feature provides you the option to favorite/unfavorite shipments in the mobile app. Favorite shipments are sorted to the top when the Shipment List page is accessed.

If you would like a shipment to appear at the top of your query results, swipe left on the shipment to mark it as a favorite. You can remove the setting by swiping left to remove it from the favorites. Shipments marked as a favorite have a gold star to indicate that setting. A shipment marked as a favorite in the mobile app is also automatically marked as a favorite in the main OTM application and vice-versa.

In the following screenshot, notice that the highlighted shipment, '01260', is not marked as a favorite.

On swiping left on the shipment, the shipment is marked as a favorite and sorted to the top.

Business Benefit:

Improved user experience as you will now be able to mark shipments as favorites per your requirement.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips And Considerations

Marking a shipment as favorite doesn't mean it will automatically be returned by the Saved Query. The Saved Query will still return the same records as before. The only difference is there will be a visual clue as to which shipments are favorites and those will be sorted to the top if returned.
