Enhanced WFM Screens for Efficient Clock-in/Clock-Out and User Activity Tracking

STREAMLINED CLOCK-IN AND CLOCK-OUT PROCESS

We’ve improved the Clock UI to make clocking in and out more intuitive. A new Submit button replaces separate Clock-In and Clock-Out actions.

The Mode dropdown is now structured to differentiate between clock-in and clock-out actions:

The Submit button handles both actions based on the selected mode.

After clocking in or out, the UI now shows real-time status for the last clocked-in user, including:

  • Current Clocked-In Facility.
  • Current Clocked-In Work Area.
  • Current Activity (for example, Lunch Break, VAS Processing, Maintenance).

The following are the standardized Pop-Up Messages:

  • Success Messages confirm the action taken, for example:
  • “Facility Clock-In successful for John Doe.”
  • Failure Messages clearly explain why the action failed while displaying your status.

The various clock options in WFM have been enhanced to standardize field names, provide better error logging and allow user clock-in without unnecessary restrictions.

Also, the Employee_ID_SAP is now renamed as Employee_External_Ref in the clock input interface. The missing break and work area information in input files is tagged with appropriate errors. You can now easily clock-into all entities even if a default work area is not configured for the user.

ENHANCED WFM SCREENS

  • New fields improve auditability and accountability in the Daily VAS Track View.

  • The Shifts View and shifts filter across various WFM screens now displays shifts only for the current facility, reducing clutter and making navigation easier.

  • The Users > Work Area Child View now supports direct editing—no need to delete and recreate records.

  • Additional search filters on WMS Activity View now support better search capability.
