Support for Exit Saved Condition on Trade Incentive Program Rule

The application has been enhanced to improve the matching process across declarations and transactions within Trade Incentive Programs. A new field, Exit Saved Condition, has been added to the Trade Incentive Program Rule user interface. Users can populate this field with saved queries (using the line ID as input) to define specific matching conditions.
