After scanning a load number:
- From the Actions drop-down, simply select the new “Attachments” action (CTRL-F) to add images or documents to your outbound load.
Attachments - Ctrl F
- Once the image and file are uploaded, this should increase the count for the Number of Attachments and you can access the images/files.
- You can click on the hyperlink to see the uploaded files.
The following file types are supported: jpg, jpeg, png, pdf, doc, docx, xls, xlsx.
DISABLE VIRTUAL KEYBOARD FOR BARCODE SCANNING
Users working on devices with only a virtual keyboard—such as tablets or rugged handhelds—often experience unwanted keyboard popups when scanning barcodes. To improve usability, we are introducing an option that allows you to disable the automatic appearance of the virtual keyboard specifically for barcode fields.
In the Group UI, we’ve added a new checkbox setting, “Disable virtual keyboard for barcode fields.”
Disable Virtual Keyboard checkbox
When enabled, the virtual keyboard will not automatically appear when you focus on barcode fields, providing a clear view for barcode scanning. Other input fields will continue to trigger the virtual keyboard as usual. A keyboard icon will be shown inside the barcode field, allowing you to manually toggle (open/close) the virtual keyboard as needed.
Virtual Keyboard
When Disabled (Default), the virtual keyboard will automatically appear when focusing any input field, including barcode fields, matching current behavior. This update makes barcode scanning smoother and less obstructed on virtual-keyboard devices—while giving you on-demand access to the keyboard only when you need it.
Steps to Enable
You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
