Update Zone Status When Creating a Declaration from Inventory

This feature allows you to copy the zone status when creating a declaration from inventory. The Trade Incentive Program Operation Set automates declaration creation from inventory records. In the Transaction Data Configuration and Declaration Data Configuration on the operation set, you can specify which elements are copied from inventory records to declarations.

In this release, zone status is now included as an attribute on the data configuration, enabling you to populate the zone status on the declaration line when it is created from inventory. Using the data configuration specified in the Trade Incentive Program Operation Set, zone status can now be automatically populated on the declaration line.

Navigate to Master Data > Power Data > Configurations > Data Configuration. On a data configuration with an Association Type of "Transaction to Declaration", a new Attribute called "Trade Incentive Program Zone Status" is available for the Line-Line Association. You can add the Target Zone Status and indicate the Copy Option.

You can assign the data configuration to your operation set. When you run the Create Declaration action on a inventory, enter the Operation Set which includes the details of the data that is copied when the declaration is created.
