New Statuses for Trade Incentive Programs

This feature introduces two new status types—TL_TIP_RECORDING and TL_TIP_RESERVATION—along with their associated status values, specifically for trade incentive programs. These statuses are updated automatically when relevant trade incentive program actions are executed.

Status Type of TL_TIP_RECORDING

A new status type, TL_TIP_RECORDING, has been added to the transaction line and declaration line to support inventory reservation. When you run the Perform Entry/Exit Recording action on a Transaction, Transaction Line, Declaration, or Declaration Line, the TL_TIP_RECORDING status is set to one of the following status values on the Transaction Line or Declaration Line: 

  • TL_TIP_RECORDING_NOT_STARTED
  • TL_TIP_RECORDING_IN_PROGRESS
  • TL_TIP_RECORDING_COMPLETED
  • TL_TIP_RECORDING_COMPLETED_NO_RECORDING
  • TL_TIP_RECORDING_FAILED
  • TL_TIP_RECORDING_PARTIAL_PROCESSED

Status Type of TL_TIP_RESERVATION

A new status type, TL_TIP_RESERVATION, has been added to the declaration line to support inventory reservation. When you run the Reserve Inventory action on a Declaration or Declaration Line, the TL_TIP_RESERVATION status is set to one of the following status values:

  • TL_TIP_RESERVATION_NOT_STARTED
  • TL_TIP_RESERVATION_IN_PROGRESS
  • TL_TIP_RESERVATION_COMPLETED
  • TL_TIP_RESERVATION_COMPLETED_NO_RESERVATION
  • TL_TIP_RESERVATION_FAILED
  • TL_TIP_RESERVATION_PARTIAL_PROCESSED

Note: The TL_TIP_RESERVATION status on trade transaction line does not change since the Reserve Inventory action is not available on the transaction or transaction line. On the transaction line, the TL_TIP_RESERVATION will always be set to TL_TIP_RESERVATION_NOT_STARTED.
