The following are important actions and considerations to review for 26C:

• Update "Is Configuration" Flag from Cycle Count Adjustment Approval Rule Module
• Deprecation of SSH-Based RF
• Deprecation of .XLS Format

UPDATE 'IS CONFIGURATION' FLAG FROM Cycle Count ADJUSTMENT APPROVAL RULE MODULE

The CC Adjustment Approval Rule View module is now a configuration module. The screen is available under the Configuration area. For Redwood, the screen is also expected to appear under both Ask Oracle and Configuration.

DEPRECATION OF SSH-BASED RF

As of January 2026, new customers are not offered SSH-based RF. Redwood Mobile WMS is the replacement. All new customers are being encouraged to use Redwood Mobile WMS from the beginning.

Existing customers can continue to use SSH based RF for a further year. It will be retired starting January 2027 per the following schedule:

• January 2027 – Cohort 1 customers
• April 2027 – Cohort 2 customers 
• July 2027 – Cohort 3 customers

DEPRECATION OF .XLS FORMAT

Input interface supports both .xls and .xlsx formats even though .xls was a format that Microsoft replaced with .xlsx in 2007. Support for the outdated .xls format will be deprecated in 27A. Customers should switch to .xlsx which is a simple save option in Excel. In addition, any issues reported regarding .xls format will not be handled from 26B onwards. Please use .xlsx instead.
