Custom column support for Mobile CED Feed
Marketers may now use up to twelve (12) Custom Columns for the Mobile App channel to capture additional attributes specific to the given message, such as a transaction ID or external segment ID.
Marketers may define the Mobile App channel’s Custom Columns via navigating to Account management -> Contact event data settings -> Mobile App custom columns
These Custom Columns are also available for export in the Sent, Skipped, and Failed events for the Push CED outputs and Message Center CED outputs.
We are now supporting Custom Columns in Mobile CED Feeds
Steps to Enable
To enable this feature you need to log a Service Request (SR).
- Controlled Availability Feature
- If you would like your next Contact Event Data (CED) export to contain Custom Columns for the Mobile App channel outputs, please submit a Support SR requesting their output. You may define the desired Custom Columns via the “Mobil app custom columns” admin page without any assistance from Support.
