Redwood General Enhancements

With 25B, you will find the following new Redwood enhancements for Eloqua:

Campaign template manager
- Create, delete, rename, and edit templates
- Only available in Redwood
Right-click menu update in launch pads
- Access Actions menu using right-click
Simple campaign changes
- Batch send from classic email editor now launches the simple campaign Redwood experience
- Updated simple campaign icon
- Email can now be opened from an active, scheduled or completed simple campaign
Create segment flow updated to include a drawer for segment details
Enhanced UI with optimized display space for a cleaner, more efficient user experience
- Updated the contact summary, Scoring, and Linked Records panels and view more drawers
- Removed contact view selector from the contact summary, date filter from the Activities panel - Use view more drawer instead to access these features
Changes to access of external call activities
- All Activities filter updated to remove external call activities - access instead using its activity type filter. This is the same behavior as the classic UI.
Persistence of view selections
- Changing the contact view will persist while view or editing the contact record.
Select and copy read-only text
- Redwood update now allows for copying text from a read-only field
