Global and Email Group Unsubscribe Metrics

Users can now distinguish between unsubscribes at the email group level and global unsubscribes:

  • Total Global Unsubscribes by Email: View global level unsubscribes.
  • Total Unsubscribes by Email Group: Track unsubscribes specific to individual email groups.

Out-of-the-box email and campaign reports have been updated, where applicable, to include unsubscribe metrics, with enhanced drill-down capabilities for deeper insights and detailed analysis by email group
