App Deep Link from SMS ShortURL

Marketers can now configure the SMS ShortURL links to redirect to app pages of their choice, essentially deep link the click in an SMS directly to the intended mobile app view.
The App deep link feature now provides the marketer with capability to:

• Upload AASA file for their SMS domain
• Design link tables in SMS campaigns with app URLs
• Use the Responsys SDK or implement a code snippet directly in app to resolve the ShortURLs to app links

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips And Considerations

• Customers should have ShortURL setup with dedicated domain with HTTPS scheme.

Access Requirements

Note: SMS Add-on required. No special access is needed for customers who already have access to SMS features.
