New Data Export and Data Import Option: Missing Data Label

The new Missing Data Label data export and data import option lets you specify how you want missing values to display in forms.

Applies to: Planning and Budgeting, Close Management and Consolidation, FreeForm

You can enter an alphabetic value that does not exceed 16 characters. You may begin the value with a # (number sign). If no value is entered, the system defaults to #MISSING.

To view the Missing Data Label option:

  1. Click Application, and then click Overview.
  2. Click Actions, and then select Export Data or Import Data.
  3. Click Create to view the Missing Data Label option.

Business Benefit: This feature lets you customize how missing values are displayed in forms.
