New Budgeting Forms Now Available

New budgeting forms are now available in the 25.02 update, making it easier for you to complete your annual budgeting process in NetSuite Planning and Budgeting. 

The following new budget forms are available:

  • Budget Overview
  • Exchange Rates Budget
  • Income Statement - Budget
  • OpEx by Dept Budget
  • OpEx Detail Budget
  • OpEx Top Level Adj Budget
  • Gross Margin Pct Budget
  • Revenue - New Customer by Account Budget
  • Revenue by Customer Budget
  • Revenue by Item Budget
  • Revenue Top Level Adjustment Budget

To access the budget forms, from the Home page, click the Budget card.

Business Benefit: The new budgeting forms saves you time when you create and manage your budgets.  

Steps to Enable

  1. You must have the Financials module enabled to enable the Budget process. For instructions, see Enabling Planning and Budgeting Financials in NetSuite Applications Suite.
  2. Click the Navigator icon. Then, under Application, click Configuration.
  3. On the Configure: NSPB Financials page, click Enable Features.
  4. In the popup window, check Budget Process
  5. Click Enable.
  6. Click Yes to confirm your selection.
  7. If a popup window confirms that the selected features were successfully enabled, click OK to complete the action.
  8. Sign out of your Planning and Budgeting account. Then, sign in again.
