Smart Lookup Sorting in PCM Agent Now Returns Results with "Starts With" Followed by "Contains"

When performing a Smart Lookup in PCM Agent, results are now returned with search criteria containing "Starts With" followed by "Contains". For example, assuming the following members for a "Product" dimension within a manufacturing client where the search is "all", the members would be returned as follows:

"All Packaging Products"
"All Products"
"All Tool Products"
"Ball-pen Hammer"
"Halligan Bar"
"Metallized Pouches"
"Pallet Wrap"
"Wallboard Saw"
