Reschedule and Cancel Actions for Inspections Relocated
The options to reschedule or cancel an inspection have been relocated within the inspections pages of the application details. This functionality only applies to permit or business license offerings with inspections implementations. Agency staff can reschedule as well as cancel from the main Inspections list for an application. However, applicants and contacts with application access must now drill into the inspection details to cancel, while the action to reschedule is more prominent.
