Prevent Hearing Decision Update Prior to Hearing Date
Agency staff no longer has the option to update a decision once a planning hearing date is scheduled. This is to prevent agency staff from prematurely or mistakenly updating the planning hearing decision. Agency administrators can still make updates to the hearing decision at any time.
This ensures accurate hearing decision updates by allowing the decision field to be editable only after the hearing date has passed.
